Imho Beggars Banquent is the Stones best album. It was also the time when Mick Jagger and John Lennon were at their closest. And The White Album came out two months after BB. Gene Rodenberry gained inspiration from both when he wrote ST:OS. This Will Be Your Last Battlefield. While Jagger wrote Sympathy For The Devil, Lennon wrote this (imho the superior version). Some of George Harrison's best riffs.

This Will be Our Last Battlefield was aired a month after The White Album was released.
