In regards to Putin's visiting the White House this fall. The visit will take place before the mid term election. The Bear thinks that Putin will tell Trump that Russia will exit the Ukraine, agree to a new reduction in Nuclear Weapons, agree to put more pressure on North Korea. Trump will suggest this is a major victory and push that theme in the mid term elections. Putin's visit is only taking place to enhance the Republican's chances in the mid term elections. After Putin makes these promises to Trump, Mr. Putin will privately demand that the Donald complete the blow job that was not quite finished in Helsinki.
