At least the Women's World Cup is on Cable TV for now. Canada won 1-0 over Cameroon, but were a much better side.
But my sexiest pick so far among the Women's Soccer players is:

She was amazing vs Brazil and if it was not for her, then the Brazilians might have easily netted about 8 or 9 goals.
Canada cannot be taken seriously with Christine Sinclair still on the team.
At the Olympics she screwed Canada out of a shot at the gold medal. She's lost more than a step, making it very easy for the Germans to defend against us. She was great in her day but now she's hindering her team. If Janine Becky were leading the team, they'd be a threat.

Sweden played better and had Canada out of sorts several times. Moller got his tactics wrong, why were Lawrence and Beckie playing wide when Canada does not play that game? Beckie made a good penalty kick but the goalie guessed right. I HATE BEING RIGHT AT TIMES.

They didn't play well, passing was terrible. I still like Buchanan. Le Azzure were doing ok until they lost against Brazil, but Brazil lost yesterday . No transition game to speak of, very easy for the Swedes to defend against. It was deja vu all over again. If Moller had any boldness within him he would have started Reviere and Prince up front with Beckie as a false 9 and Lawrence as a deep threat.

So I've heard if he takes the money from PSG, he'll be with a club inferior to last season. They've already lost Rabiot and Neymar is returning to Barcelona. The Catalans are willing to pay him $34 million a year.

I agree with you, PSG would be a dumb move for his development. But sometimes lots of money can sway players, especially young ones
de Ligt has spoken with both CR7 and his Ajax U18 Coach Brian Roy who played in Serie A. The later says that moving to Juve would turn the young Dutchman into a complete player. I'll take it one step further, I'd would give Holland a legitimate shot at winning a Major International. Mind you PSG is a blood money club they can raise the stakes far beyond what Juve would be willing to pay. Then there's the lure of Paris. However he'd be on his own in Paris, in Torino he'd have Giorgio to mentor him. PSG letting go of Adrien Rabiot is a HUGE mistake.

Le azzurre did very good against China that were also good. Italy has a very good defense and considering France and USA are going at each other they may have a chance since Netherlands wasn't that good against Japan even though they won.
