I have DAZN in the office it was buffering like an SOB when I first launched it, I asked Rogers for help and they sent me a driver. Since then no problems so I Wifi 'ed it to the home theater with no problems.

However, the Giro D'Italia was not on any sports cable channel, I thought DAZN would carry it. They didn't, I was not impressed. That's my particular idiom, if Toronto Sports team, Canadians or Italians are not involved, I'm not interested.

I did watch Roma vs Real Madrid friendly, the definition was good.

Watched Man United v Chelsea on DAZN at a buddy's house and the quality was perfect. Just a brief 2 second buffering at the 88th minute mark. But as long as you hook up the Computer or laptop directly to the modem or via a router, and eliminate the VPN, you should have no problems at all. The wonderful thing is that you can catch up on all the matches that you missed, as they have it on "Catch Up" for up to a week later. DAZN is legal, so not an issue. What you have to bear in mind that most of the IPTV services are not legal in Canada. It is recommended that you use a VPN in that case. Also, at any time they will be forced to take off sports like the Premier League Soccer, as there is a serious clampdown. So bear that in mind.

Anyway, what exactly makes DAZN suck, as I am now thinking of signing up, and taking it for a free 1 month trial?
Dazn’s Premier League coverage is better than the Sportsnet and TSN coverage. On DAZN they actually have the real pre and post match shows with the English analysts. On sportsnet they’d always cut straight to the Canadian analysts for 10 minutes or just end it completely straight after the match.

Serie A starts on Aug 24th, the match of the day will be Napoli vs Fiorentina.

New Owner of Fiorentina, Rocco Commisso has spent money to make the Viola competitive. He's also presented plans for a new stadium, he's going to have a much easier time than James Palotta in Rome. The Five Star Movement promised Rome City State Status, like the District of Columbia, but so far it hasn't happened. There are only three Brits playing in Serie A this year: Aaron Ramsey (Juve), Ronaldo Vieira (son of Patrick - Sampdoria) and Liam Henderson with Verona.

True. DAZN also streams BEIN Soccer. So I watched an Atletico Madrid BEIN match on DAZN, and the quality is better than the Premier League matches on DAZN. I find that the sprinting with the ball etc. on the Premier league coverage is like watching a 1080 HD Quality sport at 30 Hz and not 120 0r 240 HZ. There is some vibration that is not so good on the eye. BEIN on the other hand was not so different than watching it directly on Cable TV.

You'll also find on the SCHEDULE screen, any of the La Liga games on BeIn also have their own individual feed independent of BeIn. This is usually with commentary from England and even the graphics on the screen are lessened therefore making the screen 'cleaner'.

Just another choice if you want a break from Phil Schoen and Ray Hudson.

Don, how do you like Pekan so far??
Is there a lot of buffering or channel freezing??
So far, so good.

I notice there is some occasional buffering when I turn the set on. Maybe sporadically for the first 5 or 10 minutes. Then it's all good.

Since DAZN presently doesn't have La Liga on BeIn (apparently soon to be solved) I'm glad I have BeIn on Pekan.

The Lovely Shanelle Kaul on CP24 is also a big plus!
