Had he put more spin on the ball would Moise Kean become the first Millennial born player to score in the CL? He'll get many more chances. Now he gets his first start for the Azzurri against Finland. Mancini is going young but Bonucci and Chiellini are still on the squad. I hope Romagnioli gets the start instead, he's been a wall for Milan.

Two emerging stars came out of the weekend Internationals. Lucas Paqueta and Moise Kean. Kean scored twice in his matches against the above minnows and Paqueta spared Brazil embarrassment. He was playing in place of the injured Naymar...who is destined to become a Los Blancos next season. That should be amazing, he'll win several Oscars in Madrid.

So typical of Italian starlets who are let down by their parent clubs. CR7 is most responsible for restoring it.

They resisted fasci dominance and made up the bulk of the partisan army that liberated Italy. Somewhere Gigi Riva, the unofficial King of Sardegna, must be covering his eyes with embarrassment.
