Yes no lawsuits.
Are you aware of one? You arrogantly insult me but have nothing to back it up.

Are do you base everything on assumptions & predictions?
Yeah...that's what I thought.
You DO know that it takes more than a couple of minutes to file a lawsuit, right?
I know that you only know what you learn from the interweb, but we're in the realy world here Charlie.

I don't think he does.

The lawsuits will be filed long before the government can introduce any legislation and even then, the lawyers will figure out a way around it.

There will be lawsuits, big ones, and in the end it will cost multiples more than were ever going to be saved. Anyone who thinks differently is naive.

I think your naive! Once legislation is passed the green energy cannot sue the PC governments!! The green energy is outrageous and wasteful

All of the cancelled projects have not reached project development milestones. Terminating the projects at this early stage will maximize benefits for ratepayers.
...
Which is another way of saying the penalties will not be as big as they would be later.

p.s. There are only two ways that consumers can be protected from the costs the Fraser Institute anticipates. One is for the government to cover the tab or Hydro One loses money which would have gone into the government coffers. Talk about exposing the respecting taxpayers mantra for the bullshit it is.
