Just as stupid a statement as you saying anti-semitism is being caused by islamophobia.

As for those rights groups, I'm still waiting for you to agree with them that Hamas is engaged in terrorism.
I'm still waiting for you to say you accept the findings of Amnesty, HRW and B'teselem.
Or are you posting findings from organizations that you don't think are legit?

Do you accept their findings or not?

I'm still waiting for you to. Those organizations describe Hamas actions as terrorism while you have spent at least three handles worth of time here arguing the opposite.

I'm still waiting for you to.
I support the findings of Amnesty, HRW and B'teselem and fully support bringing both sides to court for any crimes against humanity they report.
Any statement that says otherwise from you is an out and out, and sad, lie.

Now, why won't you stand by those same reports?
What are you afraid of?

So are you finally going to admit that Hamas is still involved in terrorism?
Are you finally accepting the findings of the reports of Amnesty, HRW and B'teselem, or are you pushing the findings of reports you don't believe to be true?

When are you? Palestinians launched 174 unguided rockets and mortars today from Gaza but you have referred to that as 'self defense' despite what those groups say.

Here, why don't you go and show me exactly what report you are talking about.....
What a surprise, you refuse to admit Hamas firing unguided rockets at a civilian population is terrorism.

Here's what Amnesty and HRW say. I know it won't stop your support for Hamas but it's just one less excuse for you.

https://www.amnesty.org.uk/unlawful-and-deadly-palestinian-rocket-attacks-gaza
https://www.hrw.org/report/2009/08/...lians-palestinian-armed-groups-rocket-attacks

And yes, Saturday has a couple hundred rocket and mortar attacks from Gaza that managed to injure civilians, hit houses, and a synagogue (don't cheer to loudly).

Sure, I say take the Amnesty report from 2014 and the HRW report from 2009 you found to the ICC and I will fully support any charges laid from those reports.
Deal?

By the way, thanks for illustrating the fact that you have to go back 4 years to find reports critical of Hamas. If you weren't so Hamas obsessed you could have found lots of reports about the PA from Amnesty. And yes, the PA should be charged with the crimes reported there, as Hamas should be for the reports in 2014 and 2009.
Oh, and of course now that you are supporting Amnesty and HRW reports, that means you'll also support charges and investigations on Israel on all reports since 2009, right?

Like the one I mentioned:
Israel/OPT: Israeli forces must end the use of excessive force in response to “Great March of Return” protests
https://www.amnesty.org/en/latest/n...n-response-to-great-march-of-return-protests/

I'll be happy to list another 20-30 as well for you to back.
Ready?

Sure, I say ...
It's what you refuse to say. You endlessly quote these groups when they say negative things about Israel yet outright refuse to accept their views on Hamas' current actions. Instead you continue to deny that Hamas is a terrorist entity.

Every day you just confirm how much of a fraud you are when you claim to support human rights.

Of course these terror attacks are still going on today and you still refuse to condemn them.

Is that why you had to go back to 2014 to find an Amnesty report that noted Hamas crimes?...
More of your denials of Hamas terrorism.

Saturday has something like 200 rockets and mortars fired from Gaza but you will still deny Hamas are terrorists. Thankfully the government of Canada knows otherwise.

The argument that Hamas rockets are war crimes is that they can't be aimed accurately enough to aim only at military targets. That makes them a war crime, not terrorism, as you well know.
The use of mortars are not either war crimes or terrorism, which is also why you haven't been able to find Amnesty reports of Hamas terrorism since 2014 as they've wisely stopped using terrorism.

Israel, in contrast, killed two children when they targeted a building next to a park, and this after they increased pressure on their illegal, war crime, blockade.
That makes Israel's actions just as much of a war crime and even possibly terrorism if they are targeting civilian infrastructure.

That's why I continue to call for both sides to be held to the law and charged for all war crimes and terrorism.
Its just sad that your racism won't let you support a call for both sides to be held to the law.

The ICC just opened a pre-trial victims statement registry for Palestinians.

The legal process and the ICC are very slow, but they are moving.

So your claims become so pathetic as to split hairs whether Hamas terror rockets are terrorism or war crimes. Why are you so afraid to admit how horrible Hamas is?

BTW. you keep saying it isn't a war so how can it be war crimes.

The Geneva Conventions covers occupations like Palestine, so crimes committed by both sides are still labelled 'war crimes'.
You really are a troll.

And thanks for admitting that Hamas isn't committing terrorism but just war crimes.
Terrorism would be a better description for one side, say, shooting civilian protesters.

Say the guy trying to justify Hamas terrorism by calling it war crimes.

That's a pathetically low standard you have just to support a religious fundamentalist organization who rejects peace and uses terrorism to try and ethnically cleanse another country.

Its not terrorism, just a war crime.
By the way, I'm not supporting Hamas and the only one supporting a religious fundamentalist organization here is you.
