Fairly easy for me. In fact, I find having my smartphone on me annoying at times.

I also find it alarming that whenever I visit my parents for dinner, they both HAVE to have their smartphones with them at the table and whenever it beeps, chirps or vibrates they immediately look to see what's up. Sounds like addiction to me.
