How possible is it to organize a SMARTPHONES FREE DAY?

As someone who has elderly parents, I need my phone 24/7.

I’ve done his before. I went crazy wondering how people survived before smartphones. Then eventually I got used to it and realized there are so many other things things to to pass the time.

there should be a no facebook day. the entire country wouldnt make it through the entire day.

Sorry but I gotta have my terb fix at least 4 times a day!

Fairly easy for me. In fact, I find having my smartphone on me annoying at times.

I also find it alarming that whenever I visit my parents for dinner, they both HAVE to have their smartphones with them at the table and whenever it beeps, chirps or vibrates they immediately look to see what's up. Sounds like addiction to me.

I fixed your post. Not everyone has that option, thus I need to have my phone with me 24/7.
