As others have said, lots of lube, too much is almost enough. And work it in real slow. Spoon position is best for newbies, as it leaves her less vulnerable. You really have to be patient. Me also ('Sinful Selina' c. 2002). I've since done with ~ 15 or 16 SP's between Toronto/Vancouver/Montreal, 1 ex-wife and 1 girlfriend.
