Has anyone tried accupuncture for ED? (And no, it apparently does not involve needles close to the groim area.)

Have not tried that but I find that any problems I might have had were remedied through regular aerobic exercise and some weights. Of course, the aerobics increase blood flow and weights increase testosterone. This may not apply to you but works for me and beats medications. Good luck.

I have tried this and it did involve a needle on both upper sides of the groin, beside the base of your member. It also included heat lamp on my stomach area. Both of which are reported Asian techniques to increase blood flow in the area. My provider has moved on to practice in other areas, so not sure if it is still available. It was fun, but a sensual woman works better for me, so I stopped after maybe 10 treatments. Haha.

Samuel Johnson said "A man who is tired of London is tired of life" could be said a man who is tired of viagra is tired of fucking. Have you tried Staxyn? I found that better. also the exercise advice is probably good, without knowing your circumstances.

Viagra sounds less invasive that getting needles close to the groin

Viagra has no side effects; at least for me

So I'm saving viagara and cialis type drugs for when I'm really old and need it. I'm mid 40's right now and I've definitely noticed a slow down in both sex drive and I've had to occasional bout of ED when I least expected it (although, this could have been whiskey fueled and/or I simply over used it for a few days).

I turned things around by doing 3 things at the advice of my SO who didn't want me to take pills. It's been a little over a year and wow, I'm about where I was when I was 30 in terms of stamina, quality of my of erection and my ability to go at it again with some rest.

- Stopped jerking off without lube and watching how hard my grip was.
- I am drinking red ginseng tea every day. Red ginseng apparently is an old asian holistic method to treat ED. It's no an instant fix, and apparently you just have to do it every day for a few weeks and you'll notice a difference. I buy dried ones from asian stores, slice it up and boil the crap out of it with a bit of ginger and honey and then I stick it in a pitcher. I do a mug a day. At first it was bitter and gross, but I'm learning to like it now. I talked to my chinese and korean friends and they all tell me their dad or grandfather was big on ginseng. I think it really works.

I combined it with a new exercise regime, so I'm not sure if it was ginseng related or or exercise related or both.

- Exercise 5 times a week: I literally jog around the block a few times, and I tell myself the goal isn't distance but the fact I got my heart rate up. If do 1 lap, it works out to 1.25 km. I typically try to do 3 laps, but on hangover or sick days, I'm happy that I got up and just live with it. I then do 3 sets of planks, I quickly count to 60 each time. I then do a series of exercises with free weights or punching bag if I feel like it. Overall, I'm doing a minimum of 20 minutes to a maximum of 1.5 hours of exercise depending how I feel.

*edited for shitty grammar. I was on a patio today.

You are doing well, if you are including hangover days as a part of your planned schedule

Cialis/Tadalafil the wonder drug. 5mg per day every day, feel like 30 years younger and lowers your blood pressure to boot.

In fact, it was trialed as a blood pressure medication, and they discovered the side effects...or rather the upwards effects!

I've been using 1/2 tab of 100 mg V which is 50 mg and it works well for me. Only issue is having to time it an hour before sessions. I haven't tried C yet but tried generic C 1/2 tab once or twice and don't think it did much for me. Might try trade name C in the future to see how it compares to V. For now, I told my doc that there priority was to have strong hard ons over timing convenience so he suggested V first over C

There is no difference between Cialis and the generic Tadalafil. Cialis lasted for me a good 36 hours when taking a one-off 10mg. But I don't do the latter anymore, as I take 5mg every day. Don't have to time anything.

I think this is super wise as (I understand) the scuttlebutt on Cialis and Viagra is that they are less effective over time and dosage must be increased.

I saved it for special occasions until I was post-60.

Tried the 5mg Cialis. My side effect was severe heartburn. Maybe they should package it with Tums.
