I'd first like to say that my personal experience with Whitebay is usually outstanding and that this experience is not stopping me from visiting again. With that said...
Booked an appointment with Celena and was told I could come early if I wanted. When I showed up (5 minutes early) they said she was doing laundry and asked me to wait, after 20 minutes I was told I could head up. I was greeted by someone that looked acceptable, but was definitely older than 24. We showered together, and when we made it to the bedroom we found out that she had no condoms. She sincerely apologized, handed me my money back, and then I left-- pretty disappointing overall for Whitebay.
Negatives:
I personally wouldn't recommend Celena based solely on the third point.

- She had no condoms so we had to end the session
- She looked older than listed, and not like the usual women at Whitebay
