that guy should have just walked away - it is not his kid & he had no right putting hands on that kid no matter how he was acting. There are other things he could have done instead of choking him and throwing him on the ground.

The kid was punching the adult. The kid was walking in his way. The kid was looking for trouble, the kid found it.

I am surprised the guy had that much patience. That kid would have been on the ground faster then he could fart, with my fat ass sitting on top of him until either police or mom came to save his ass.

And he didn't "choke him". Putting a hand around a neck for two second is not choking. It is putting his hand around a neck. I have had a hand round my neck and then I have been actually choked. One is used for intimation, one is used for physical harm. This was the former. It is quite easy to tell.

The kid needed to learn he is on the big man on the playground and he just did. He may think twice before being a big shot again.

At some point when parenting, schools and after school specials don't work, something needs to be done. If police won't step in and mom can't do shit, the kid needs to learn that what natural consequences are. Which are the ones that are given to normal everyday people who act like assholes. Too many times, parents who don't actual parent, try to protect kids from the natural conquences as well. Which just makes it even worse. Sometimes society steps in, sometimes it just takes a bigger man to let you know, you are not the protected little child anymore and these are the real things that can happen to you when you do shit that is unacceptable.

If you look down the kid was expelled from school a month before for bullying fighting and bringing a knife to school. Cops have been to his house numerous times.

The kids apparently were throwing rocks at cars. And trying to scratch them. They were also bullying smaller kids at the splash pad.

At some point something has to give. This kid is clearly out of control with parents who are not in the picture.

As no charges were laid by police competent authority agree.

So there is the backstory for people to read.

The police were called. They were shown the full video. They asked the man if he wanted press charges. The mother and the boy showed back up and talked and walked away apologizing to each other.

Then the dumb bitch mom goes on FB and posts the last 10 seconds. Now the man, his wife and three boys are being harassed. So police said post the whole video.

This is why the boy needed to be taught the lesson. Mom is too busy protecting her delinquent child then parenting him

What kind of logic is that? Were you raised by a teacher like this:

"Ontario teacher's licence suspended for two months after telling student to 'lick me where I fart'"

http://nationalpost.com/news/canada...after-telling-student-to-lick-me-where-i-fart
Ontario - isn't this from the States? The only thing separating this kid from a brilliant future as a real estate mogul and reality tv star is a couple hundred million from Dad. Oh, and smallcock - only in your world are children "raised" by teachers. I'm guessing you're not and never will be a parent.

You do realize he was trying his best to walk away right? He didn't choke him he was trying to push him away from him after the kid repeatedly assulted him. He had his hands in his pockets so that he wouldn't touch the kid. But after the kid started throwing punches he wanted the pest off of him. So instead of hitting him like most people would he pushed him away which unfortunately left to his fall. He wasn't thrown to the ground. Pay attention.

Bad parenting comes to mind. But I think the kid has some mental issues not being addressed. Possible bad home life as well.

The kid does not have a good history.
Look at his shoes. They are way too big for him. Now I could be very much wrong but this could mean his home situation isn't good if his parents can't afford to get him shoes that fit him. Those are adult size shoes. Bigger than the shoes the man is wearing.

How much patience do I have for bad kids? That kid's squeals when he hit the ground are the sweetest sounds I've ever heard. That should give you an idea! :biggrin1:

Could the guy have avoided throwing the kid to the ground? Yeah, probably. But should he have avoided it? I don't think so. Not once he'd been assaulted. Hell, I'd say not once the kid damaged his car even.
A well functioning world is full of checks and balances. If a kid grows up always getting away with shit, he never learns the proper functioning of the world. He doesn't learn how to be a good person. That said, I'm not pissed at the kid...although I'm glad he was taught a lesson. I'm royally pissed at his mom though, particularly because of her actions after-the-fact.

you all do realize this was not his kid right - it was not his place to touch him - bottom line he should have waited for the cops. A grown man does not have a right putting his hands on a kid ever. Its not like the kid was actually hurting the adult by punching him. I'm not saying what the kid did was right because it wasn't but what the man did wasn't right either..
