I've had the same thing happen to me. I don't think she is in the business full time but she comes and goes.

I heard rumor that Inara has very very limited availability now. She's at school and working part time job. If you are interested in setting an appointment you have to keep looking for her add everyday. If you are lucky and you are the first one to see it you have a great chance.
