Same. I feel like my Saturday is ruined. Ferguson is stupid to be kicking metal poles.

Holloway is a tough guy with a great gas tank but I don't expect him to beat Khabib, he will get smothered. 6 days is just not enough time to prepare for a fighter like Khabib.

This could get complicated as Max has 6 days to cut a lot of weight apparently he walks around at 172

Begs the question... will either make weight then? lol
I'm sure one will, but to have both could be a reach.
Apparently to win the title Max and Khabib both have to make 155, but if Max does not make the weight the fight will still happen but he will not be champ if he wins fight....Max asked for a catch weight fight but the UFC wants a title fight.

Interesting that Ortega was offered the fight as well, while the UFC was waiting for Max to respond to the fight

IDK why Max stepped up. This could back fire on him but maybe he really plans to leave FW. I really wanted him to have a showdown with T-City Brian Ortega. This is high risk high reward i guess...because if he's the current FW champ and if he somehow beats Khabib, then this makes him the Interim champ / LW champ...assuming he makes weight.

I used to be a pretty big fan of Mcnugget but not anymore. He's a loose cannon that thinks he's the king. Some of his previous shit was funny but this is just retarded and childish. I'm done with him and don't care to heard what happens to him next.

Fallout continues for UFC 223.

CM is now in NYPD custody, and so far three fights have been taken from the card because of this incident. Fans and fighters alike have to be furious over this.
Wowzers...

Lol looks like Connor McGregor may have to go into boxing when all this legal stuff gets sorted out, and over there where the organized crime groups are more present, this won't fly.
Sergey Kovalev kept threatening Andre Ward at a press conference, J. Prince told him to shut up and save it for the ring and he did just that.

I'd be surprised if he ever fought in MMA in NA or Western Europe ever again.

Mcgregor is just promoting his comeback fight vs khabib a little early. It's good marketing. That fight will sell more now if it comes to life.

I wouldnt be suprised if mcgregor dusted khabib within the first two minutes but he better get the KO within the first two rounds because if not, khabib steals the fight with the last three with takedowns and a vicious smashing. Khabib is easy to hit though and doesn't have much of a chin but mcgregor is a front runner that fades. Khabib looks like the bigger man yet mcgregor has the reach. The fight is real interesting.

I saw that if mcgregor doesn't fight khabib, khabib wants gsp at 155. I think its funny that he calls out gsp... than follows it up by telling gsp to drop to 155. If Khabib wants to fight gsp, it should be 170. F the belt, just fight to fight. If you call out a fighter go to his weightclass, dont expect him to come to yours.

For the record, Khabib and his team shouldnt have cornered Artem. Khabib was being a bully and Mcgregor and his irish mafia goons went to settle the score.

Early reports are Max is out of fight due to weight cut issues

Anthony Petis as his replacement

Kahabib is cursed

The UFC is stupid for not allowing the fight to take place at a catchweight for Max since it was given to him with 6 days notice. I think the commission allows 6 pounds difference at a weigh in for a fight to take place. Khabib should have been able to fight for the belt this way.

Pettis is just going to get rag-dolled. Not interesting at all.

Mcgregor is only dominant against smaller fighters. He's facing criminal charges meaning losing his visa, as well as getting sued left right and centre. No way any reputable commission will allow him to fight any time soon.

Mcgregor does well when he has the reach advantage. He does well with flat footed fighters that cant box. Khabib doesnt move his head, he stands right in front of you and he throws one punch at a time. Khabib has no chin either and is easily hit. Khabib is dead on the feet. Can he survive though and get the fight to the ground is the question? Easier said than done.

Khabib doesn't stay on the feet too long, he most likely wouldn't against Connor. His power also isn't the sane against real lightweights, Alvarez should be fighting at featherweight.

You're just assuming one side of the equation...Yes Khabib is hittable and Conor has the advantage there...Do you think Conor can survive Khabib on the ground when it goes there? It's not easy to keep the fight standing...Remember Barboza is just as good in stand up but can't keep Khabib off...
