That's the problem with taking men and women as collectives. While older men and women did live in a man's world and still benefit and suffer for it respectively, the opposite is true of young men and women. But as society views men of all ages as one "advantaged" group and women of all ages as one "victimized" group, it is socially acceptable to discriminate against men and punishable by death (social death that is) to discriminate against women. We seem to have forgot that individualism is what's important.
