Hey guys, completely new to the hobby but creeped around on here before lol. Looking to start with the massage side of things and just wondering in your opinions is it better to start with the known establishments (PA etc) or the private ads? You don't have to share specific girls or anything like that, just a little nervous that's all. Thanks in advance.

I suggest a well reviewed girl from a well known establishement. I know some guys aren't down with PA but I think it's a very good place for a newbie. Classy place and nothing to be nervous about there.
I would agree with this. I started at PA and would recommend Sydney if she is still there.

I started my hobby at MPAs. The comfort level and controlled environment provided was just what I needed to keep my nerves at a level 5/10 instead of the 8/10 they wanted to be. If PA or Lavilla are your only options, then both are decent options. But if you want real quality, travel out to North York, close your eyes, and throw a dart in any direction. Whichever incorporated massage place it hits will give you a better experience.
Also I'd definitely recommend against going private MPA mostly because, in my experience, private MPAs overhype the massage part to get you in the door and then give you lacklustre everything. Obviously that's not true for all of them, but their track record is poor in my record books.
I agree with most of what you say Jack, but I've got to argue with the North York comment. Okay, I know a lot depends on the MPA but I kept hearing the same thing, and I finally ventured out to Pure.
Meh. Sure, it was a nice place, and I had a good time, but I ALWAYS have a great time with Sydney, Crystal, and Priya right here at Pickering Angels and LaVilla. And don't forget the fabulous ladies of the past like Daisy and Joy. Personally, I think we have it just fine here in Durham.

Totally fair, my friend. An amazing SP can make all the difference. I actually had one of my most memorable MP experiences at PA with Noelle (long retired) and I've had distinct low points at Flirt, so I suppose I shouldn't have been so universal in my declaration. To be more specific with my reasoning, what you'll find in North York is competitive pricing and fun promotions that can enhance and customize your experience, which is something PA/Lavilla don't have. PA/Lavilla providers also generally get reviewed as more restrictive vs North York providers, though that's also not a universal truth *cough*Sydney*cough*.
Personality wise I found Sydney boring. Nice tongue skills though not a bj. She’s definitely on the liberal side by PA standards though that’s not saying much. I’ve had so many disappointing sessions at PA that I will never toftt there again. Victoria is worth seeing but that’s the only one I can recommend. Crystal consistently gets good reviews though I’m not a fan of Asians.

I've never been to Pickering Angels before. Are the rates posted their all inclusive rates? Like for example, their site says $80/30min/nude -- As a first timer, if this is all I go for 1.) Would I be expected to add tips on top of the posted rate? 2.) Would I look cheap if I only hand over the posted rate? 3.) Are customers expected to tip on top like when I go to Pure/Perla/Studio9 (though for extras)?

Ninety percent of the time I hand over only the posted rate and I've never had a problem. I'm sure the lady would appreciate an extra $10 or $20 but I only feel that generous around Christmas time, typically. I think they are well enough compensated with the advertised charges.
