Supposedly Kushner is nearing the release of his peace plan for Israel/Palestine. He's been touring around talking to everyone except the Palestinians, which makes this look doomed to fail, since it will look like demands not negotiations.

Accepting international law would mean accepting that Hamas are terrorists.
