What is your idea of leggings? Tights? Yoga pants? Stockings? That’s a pretty broad term.
I always try to accommodate outfit requests but if it’s extremely rare I’m not buying a whole new outfit and I’ll let them know. If it’s not a common request you can show up with it for someone to wear.
One addendum to my OP; I won't discard the clothing right away. It's so much better to take in the sights over some wine and conversation rather than ripping it off the second she enters the room. Plus, it lets her enjoy the feeling of getting dressed up in something special/sexy which is always a great way to set the mood

Absolutely. As a confirmed "leg man", I will lean towards requesting sheer stockings with heels or high boots. Most times if there is positive response, the attire is as requested. Other times, if it falls short, but there is a connection with the SP and I want to see her again, I'll talk about bringing her an outfit the next time. Size becomes important, especially in footwear I find. I have purchased stockings for a few favorites, and boots and shoes for a few others. I find that combining my wants with their desires is the best recipe. In the end, everyone is happy.

I don't know if I'd ever request a specific outfit though I 100% appreciate when the ladies dress up in something, and as long as they are comfortable and feel sexy then I'm happy. I think I like not knowing and being surprised too.
Yes, but it has to be good quality Lululemons, or quality yoga pants for that matter. There is nothing more gross than cheap tights on a woman, and also those that don't fit. Not to mention tights on a rear-end that don't belong in tights.
