The most obvious two responses are:

1. If he is illegal, that means the law is doing its job and he was due to be deported. He just eluded enforcement. US Border Services is not going to spot, track down and quickly deport every illegal in the US, nor is it reasonable to assume they would.

2. There are redneck white dudes who shoot cops too. Focusing on a Hispanic illegal implies that Border Control isn't doing its job and that somehow the government is "soft on Hispanics". However - as with everything else - there is a reasonable limit to how much a government service can and should be funded and how feasible locating and arresting illegals can be.

3 responses from racist liberals, first basically saying the right want to adopt Nazi death Squad tactics, the 2nd saying white people want to shoot anyone who isn't white, and the third saying white people commit crimes too, and they're rednecks. It's no wonder hate crimes against whites are the fastest growing in the last few years with the racist hatred the left is generating towards them.
