Hmmm. Looked good for Tennessee after 15 mins.....not so much after :(
Love them or hate them the Pats have remained a dominant team for an exceptionally long period of time. Yes they have had one of the best QB's in the history of the game, but a lot of teams have had high rated QB's and have not excelled. It takes a team and Belichik certainly knows how to build, rebuild and motivate the personnel around him. Hard to believe that the last losing season they had was 2000!

Amazing finish in the Vikes game.

I had Vikes at -5 and figured I was toast. But I also feel burned because they never kicked the extra point, so it ended out a push instead of a win.

As such, I went a masterful 0-3-1 on the weekend. I am now 3-4-1 in the playoffs and down $70 after having wagered $400 altogether.

Ya actually Brady downplays his involvement say, for lack of a better word, and doesn't really like the GOAT handle. And while not necessarily naming names says there are other guys who could have done as well there. Check this list out for QB's.

I think Brees has a much better individual stats (yards/season) and is the only QB in history to have passed for 5000+ yds 3 times.

There is no doubt that Rivers has been a very effective, talented and consistent quarterback over his career, but I think the Chargers dropped the ball when they did not keep Brees.

Man that was a crazy finish. In most pools, such as a survivor pool, the spread gets bumped up .5 point to prevent pushes, so the spread was 5.5 on that game. I wonder if the Saints did not come back onto the field for the extra point snap (I think there were only 5 players who did) would Minny have snapped the ball and walk into the end zone for 2 point conversion thus covering the spread?

I was 2-1-1...didn't post my pics last week but I was 1-3-0....so I am 3-4-1 for the playoffs :(

Your chart is interesting in that it shows some dominant QB's who were unable to consistently win it all. It goes to show that having an all-star QB is not necessarily the winning ingredient. Or it shows that teams that had all-star QB's were shitty at building around them...

Yes noticed that and fixed it.
What great games last weekend that Pittsburg game back and forth was phenomenal. The N.O game and the player missing that tackle on the last play was unreal, couldn't believe how he missed the tackle with 5 seconds left and the receiver walked in for a touchdown.

Wow. Brady should thank the Jags secondary for the bail out pass interferences.
If NE did not put them in a position to interfere, then there would be no penalties.

At the beginning of the game I though the Jags were in control and had a chance (especially with Gronk out), but then I remembered that they are playing NE and if there is a team that you can never count out, it is the Pats. That old saying "Quitters never win and winners never quit" pretty much sums up NE.

I feel bad for Minny as after the first quarter, they fell apart.

5-4-1...
