agreed. I don't know why the cops were there in the first place but clearly it wasn't to make an arrest. So how does it escalate to the point of force? Cops definitely to blame for that. Then the white vest guy smacked the desk and that pissed the cops off. Then there's non-compliance - if someone has a weapon pointed at you, resisting is never a good idea. The cops warned the guy many times before tasering him. So definitely some blame goes to both sides. The cops and the suspects were both equally idiotic. As the statement said, the cops did nothing to state their purpose and tell the men the were under arrest and had to come with them. The suspects were also batshit crazy idiots, but that in itself is not a crime and not that rare among suspects. You are under arrest for...... bla bla bla.
They were definitely idiots. But still, I've always thought that force cannot really be used unless the other person is using force and/or physically resisting. They're lucky that they didn't get shot.
Acting like complete fucking idiots, unable to follow simple directions. Situations like this go south in a split second, beavis and butthead set the tone and got tazed as a result.
I see nothing wrong here with the way the police acted, i do however see once again a group of people one cannot mention who think that they're above the law.
"we din do nuffin" and "i know my rights" is always a good thing to start yelling while making all sorts of erratic movements. Then when things go wrong its police brutality lol
You thought wrongThey were definitely idiots. But still, I've always thought that force cannot really be used unless the other person is using force and/or physically resisting.
