The source didn't quote their one over-hyped young man actually saying the words of their headline, or say that he, or anyone from out of state voted, only that people came from all over the country to see that Jones would win. And that's all the kid can be heard saying.
It also says the direct opposite of your assertion "You can actually vote without I.D.", and specifically states that Alabama laws require voters to show photo ID.
It may not be fake-news, but the post sure is fake hysteria about a fake conclusion from the tiny bit of dubious evidence offered.
