You are deliberately trying to imply something which isn't there. Daesh, using captured weapons does not mean that the the U.S., Russia or anyone else was knowingly supplying weapons to them.
The weapons were in the hands of Daesh 59 days after the US bought them from Romania, how do you think that happened?

The Russians were invited by the sovereign govt, to counter US armed terrorists. Imagine if some foreign power managed to arm anti Govt anti govt American lunatics with billions of dollars with of heavy weapons. Imagine what chaos that would create.
