Except that's exactly what the Highway Traffic Act supports by having laws that say slower traffic must keep to the right.
It's not about speeding. It's about keeping the passing lane open so that other vehicles, primarily emergency vehicles can use it for its intended purpose, passing. Only self absorbed pricks and wannabe cops who think it's wise to cut off other drivers block the passing lane. Which one are you?

What is a acceptable speed for fast lane on 400 series highways. Speed limit? 120km? Or some higher number?
As long as you're using the fast lane only to pass people then moving out of the way to let faster vehicles behind you pass you, then 119 is good and fair game.
i personally always move to the right when someone wants to pass me and i usually am driving 120. My problem is asses including those truck drivers who immediately flash or honk me not even giving me a chance to move. i am sorry but they are staying back there for a while.
