I didn't want to hijack the Favourite Sex Positions poll so starting this. I had entered "The Flying Wallenda" in that thread as kind of a lame joke. Then I googled it and found that it was indeed an actual sex position. Then I tried a few random phrases, historical events, etc followed by "Sex position" and found it was really hard to find something that wasn't already turned into or associated with an obscure real or joke sex position/activity. Eg: Disasters: "Deep Water Horizon" is already an activity (hopefully a joke because it is beyond gross). "The Hindenburg" is already in the urban dictionary. Movies: The "Dirty Harry" is already there. "Rambo" is already there. Interestingly, "Gone with the Wind" isn't.
Challenge: Try to come up with a name and description of a new sex position and claim ownership in this thread. Bonus points if you actually try it out.

The "Tesla" (inspired by the recent Lounge car thread): The Tesla move is used after a marathon MSOG, multi-hour session.
