Avoid them. Inconsistent, sub parr service and not very clean. I have not been there in over a year but suspect things have not changed much.

Stay away, stay far, far away. They’ve even stolen pics of Playboy playmates and Polish porn stars and use them for their MA’s. This place is disgusting. As for “nothing worthwhile west of Brampton”, Hush in Kitchener and Ambition in Cambridge are pretty good.
