I find the “Muslim ban” terminology a low information marker.

I think if we drew a Venn diagram of most populist Muslim countries, failed states and states with active terrorist organizations the logic of this “ban” would make more sense and align with the second two dimensions.

9/10 of the largest Muslim countries are not impacted by the “ban”, the only one that is is the largest state sponsor of terror. Hard to call it a “Muslim Ban” and not be low information.

But if you look at where Muslim refugees come from, countries that are embroiled in nasty civil war are high on the list of refugee producing countries.

That Venn diagram should also note which countries the US is presently 'intevening', 'bombing', 'bringing democracy', 'saving from themselves', 'saving from the savages', 'securing the oil' or whatever other reason they're using for bombing right now.

Wisconsin is only good for 10 electoral votes anyways, so he still would have won the election by a large margin.

And I hope you have the brain to see that Russia investigation is going absolutely nowhere.
Wisconsin is one state, it happened elsewhere. This helps explain how Trump was less popular then unpopular Clinton and still won.
And of course you think that the Russia investigation is going nowhere, I expect that's what you read in your selections of news sites.
Good luck with that.

Has Trump been charged or impeached yet over Russia??
Or is this the part where you tell us the investigation is still ongoing??

If Trump had done anything wrong something wouldve leaked by now already.
Keep reaching for those unicorns, Frankie

A republican has won 3 governor races in the last 6 years in WI and they elected a GOP Senator as well ( Russ lost again)

I find these areguments as weak and you would find the voter fraud arguments.
And by voter suppression, what they really mean, is they didn't have IDentification to vote. You know like how you need identification to buy alcohol or gamble.

Actually you don't need ID to buy alcohol or gamble. What you need, is to be of legal age, and the proprietors will suffer serious consequences if they allow you to, but you are not. Whatever you use to prove that age to their satisfaction, if they ask you to, is between you and them.

After over a decade of looking at voters trying to establish they are the person named on the Voters List, I know elections work differently. The biggest difference being that no one gets to vote without first producing documentation (described in a mailing to every voter weeks before) to prove they are the person on the List.

There are lots of acceptable documents that can reliably do that. Yet many experienced voters still show up without, or with versions and variations they hope will work, although it's obvious even they think they're dicey. Of course this is Canada, where our Voter's List is drawn up and maintained by an independent Commission whose mandate is to ensure every legitimate voter is on it and gets to vote if they choose to.

The American 'system' — which even the current President has repeatedly called "rigged" — is run entirely differently, mostly because from start to finish it's in the hands appointees of whichever party won the the State the last time round. And so are their voters lists.

The officials just say their systems are rife with illegal voters and they're determined to keep them out. Putting it another way, to suppress the vote. Or at least suppress the vote for the 'other' party. "'Cause they filled the list with illegals, when they were in." Which is why VP Pence's Commission is only looking at getting voters off the lists.

The last thing you hear them talk about is making the system fair, honest and trustworthy. How would they ever win that way?
