why don't we just try to bring in Steph Curry, Clay Thompson, Durant and Green?...along with our young players we'll have a good shot at a championship for the next few years!

Awesome idea.....Curry Thompson Durant and Green to the Raptors for Lowry DeRozen Ibaka and Miles and to make gfelover happy we will give them Nurse and take Kerr off their hands. Why didn't Masai come up with this????? Wonky for Raps president!!!

It is funny we rip guys who leave for free agency but Demar commits to the Raptors and he is on the trading block .. That is the big thanks for him signing with Raps right away and not shopping around .. Lowry is different he is here cause we were the only crazy people to offer him 30 million

Raps to trade JV, Lowry, and OG to San Antonio for Kawhi Leonard Patty Mills and 2019 first round pick!
Trying to figure out if you made this up or read it somewhere. I can't find it anywhere.
Think your numbers are fairly close to matching up. but, the problem I see is Leonard wants to play in L.A. so you would need a sign and trade with the Spurs to make this work.
Clippers are offering their two first round picks in this years draft for Leonard.

As a fan I really appreciate DD's loyalty in resigning with the Raptors when there were obviously other alternatives. Having said that, I believe the fact that he's real buddies with Lowry (who was also resigned) on and off the court played a big part in his decision to stay. If Lowry is traded, I wouldn't be surprised if DD wants out soon.

Well how can we rip guys for demanding a trade or leaving like T-Mac when Demar who choose Toronto is said to be on the block ... DeRozan durability and class and loyality makes him a great franchise player . He isn't a franchise player who wants out cause he wants to be with his buddies .

The one thing you can't do is trade DeRozan but keep Lowry ... Lowry is miserable at the best of times and leaving him in this city without ihis buddy is a receipt for disaster ..

Go with this gang again and next summer you will have two expiring contracts and a 1st round pick ..

not sure they have any choice but to go with the same group, no real cap room, VanVleet is looking for and deserves a big raise, Bebe looking for a new contract but doubt if he signs here, Powell's new deal kicks in and he did not show he deserved the new contract, need to see him step up. Ibaka will be tough to move, but to me he is the one I would be most willing to move, problem is overpaid so all yo u do is trade him for another overpaid player( if you can find a taker) and hope the new guy comes through. Miles maybe movable. Looks like same shit, different year, under a new coach. Just hope they bring steady Freddy back.
Most of the current Raps are under contract through 2019-20.

There are some big free agents out there. Do you guys think any will end up in Toronto?

I'm sure management will take a run at them but I am not hopeful.

Think the Raps need cap room before they sign a big name unless they can do a sign and trade.

Shocker Raptor Fans: Neither Bebe(Raptors) or Bruno(Kings) were offered a contract! Bruno was a waste of time money and a first round draft pick.

It will be interesting to hear whether the Lakers ever reached out to the Raps with any interest in DeMar Derozan to help Lebron in some sort of trade. Or is he not even on anyone's radar.

some report out of Washington has San Antonio skiddish about dealing Kawhi to the Lakers and beefing up a conference rival. They have Boston feeling good enough and not wanting to give away good assets. Philadelphia and now Toronto was made possibilities. Kawhi finishes his contract next year and could bolt to Lakers or Clippers anyway.
