I can't wait till Trump fires Muller, wiser heads will not prevail.

His supports will howl, roar and shit their pants! Then they'll take up arms to defend their Messiah.

From what I've heard from the Americans, nobody really cares about the Washington Russian games outside of the bubble, never mind the need for Mueller. The media and the Democrats will squeal like a slaughtered pig, but the rest of the country will just dismiss it as more Washington hot air. I'm afraid that the Democrats will have to defeat Trump on policy, after all. I hope they can sell the transgendered bathrooms and unlimited illegal immigration to the folks in Ohio or Wisconsin.

It will not be in the best interests of the United States. It will start a road to impeachment, and a very dangerous and needless to say regrettable fissure in the U.S. body politic.

The stupidest thing is if the President would just start watching the National Geographic Nature Channel or the Numismatics Channel rather than watching and reacting to the news channels, this will all eventually blow over. There really doesn't appear to be any meat on the bones, there may be lots of noise, but there won't be indictments or convictions.

Really? You want to talk about this until 2018? Because that's the long game for the DNC and their media buddies.

Perhaps it is for Congressional Democrats. That doesn't mean that Robert Mueller is willing to, or can drag it out that long.

If you believe that, you're a better man than I.

I get around.
Sessions should have Trump arrested along with Junior and Kushner. Conspiracy and obstruction of justice for starters. Mueller can add on laundering money for Russians later.

Oh Sessions is far too craven to do anything but step down when asked.
What else do you wish him to do launch a Coup d'état?

When you are Cabinet Secretary and the President asks for your resignation you can either tender the same or be fired. Saying no I won't leave is not an option.

Now perhaps in this case he should say 'respectfully since I have no reason to voluntarily leave, you are going to have to terminate me.'

When Trump is attacked he claims he "punches back 10 times harder".
I'd like to see Sessions do that.

I don't think charging Trump with the real crime of conspiracy to launder money is a "coup d'etat", it would be an instance of the justice system working. IMO the collusion charges are a smokescreen and Mueller is really looking into Trump's long history of RICO violations.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions apparently has a modus operandi for how he plans to deal with President Donald Trump’s continual criticisms, according to The Daily Beast.

The website on Tuesday reported that sources close to Sessions have revealed that the Attorney General is “pissed” and that he refuses to resign his position within the Trump administration.

“Sessions is totally pissed off about it,” a Sessions insider reportedly told The Daily Beast. “It’s beyond insane. It’s cruel and it’s insane and it’s stupid.”

“He’s not going anywhere,” another source reportedly close to Sessions told the website. “He is not going to resign. What he is accomplishing is way too important to the country.”
but instead of punching back it looks like Sessions is going to fall in line and "investigate leaks".
