No problem. GoT is a big draw at ComicCon so I was just waiting for them to give the audience a taste.

Melisandre... used to get a woody before she burned it down with her actual looks. I'm glad she's back and didn't disappear like many other characters, her part in that vid is interesting so we will have to see what the Lord of Light has in store for her and if her guidance will have an impact once again.

Sam... I believe Sam is best to stay at Oldtown and find secrets, knowledge is his strength and he is at the source, at least for now. It will be interesting if and when he finds about Who Jorah truly is, then add in the secret healing powers of the dragonglass to counteract the stone sickness.

Petyr... with his big head he plays the game of thrones but with his little head he wants Sansa. Playing both sides he changed alliances as the power shifts from one family to another. I've enjoyed his character from season 1 and look forward to his scheming in future episodes.

GRRM ... I'm still interested in his take on people brought back from the dead either by Ice, the walkers, and by Fire, as in Jon and Beric

Land and Sea battles ahead !!!

Interesting observation about Baelish that I had not thought about. His weakness for Sansa is his one vulnerability. He was surrounded by pussy earlier in the series but never partook and never seemed that interested. He was always in love with Catelyn Stark and has stated so on many occasions. With Cat dead and gone, his obsession has landed on Sansa (and with good reason, she is one very nice piece of gear).

It could be his undoing.

He's as shrewd and cunning as it comes, but he lets his little head do the thinking when it comes to Sansa.

Any ideas what Euron meant by bringing Cersei "a great gift" or whatever he said? Maybe that horn that could 'bring down the wall'?
Quite possibly.

The only other options I can think of is an attempt to bring her Tyrion's head...or he sails to Dorne and kills the Sand Snakes and their mother in retribution for killing Cersei's daughter.

According to the books The horn that Euron has is called Dragon binder and during the TV series it was not brought out to end the kings moot, it is not the horn that brings down the Wall. However, Sam did find a horn at the Fist but it is unlikely that it is the Horn of Winter/Joramun and that the wildlings were searching for it on Mance's order ... so right now whereabouts unknown and theories abound... so who knows.

The spoiler for the gift may be one or more of the sand snakes taken during the sea battle, also Yara gets captured and Theon flees... or the obvious "his big cock" !!!

Can't wait for S7E2 tonight !!!

Well so much for the fleet!

Getting the feeling Dani and Jon are going to be working together whether they like it or not.

So much of my hopes to see Jessica Henwick naked on GOT... lol Unless he someone decided to not kill her wich i doubt.

Jokes aside, damn that was brutal...

Really liked this episode. Arya finally knows Winterfell is back in the hands of the Starks.

Well, considering she was hanging by her whip from the bow of a ship, I doubt we'll see her naked.

Honestly, I won't cry for the Sand Snakes and their mother. Then again, Cersei will probably sick the Mountain on the mother for killing her daughter. That's gotta be rough when he killed your partner by imploding his head!

Anyone else not a fan of what they've done with Littlefinger? In the early seasons he was the best and most complex villain, having his hand in all the major deeds. Now he just looks pathetic.

Don't count him out yet. Did you see the look he gave Jon after the chokehold?

Hope you're right and that he causes some major mischief!
Little finger is always scheming as power changes hands, especially if he is the cause or the instigator, but his role has diminished to being a pawn on the chessboard.

Interesting events at Dragonstone as plans are laid out then laid flat as Euron shows his dominant sea power and now Dorne, what action will be taken as they are further enraged. But at least now we know the gift he plans for Cersei.

We know Jon is heading to Dragonstone and Arya is heading home to WinterFell. We knew the Nymeria scene would happen and it did, but I enjoyed seeing hot pie again and the exchange and underlying meaning in their conversation about baking.

The land battles are next, should be epic... Casterly Rock and who knows where else? Plus the Tarly's and where their allegiance lies?

Okay no mention of the unsullied sex scene?

I wouldn't count Little Finger out.

If you look at his history, he lays in wait for the most opportune time to strike. He knows sooner or later that his prey will make a mistake and when they do, bam.

Just like back in Season 1 he told Ned Stark never to trust him. When Little Finger helped Catelyn Stark, Ned dropped his guard. And as soon as the moment was right, Little Finger struck.

Same with Joffrey. Just bided his time, play nice, all the while setting to ground work in place to kill Joffrey and take the war to an entirely new level, and with it comes great upheaval and ergo great opportunity. Little Finger was not born into a powerful family. Quite the opposite. He would never rise above his caste under normal circumstances. The dye was cast the day he was born. No, in order for Baelish to win the Game of Thrones requires war, murder, upheaval and a complete realignment of the social structure of Westeros to a new world order (so to speak). At this moment in the series, it's all coming together in the perfect storm and Little Finger just needs to play it correctly and he can indeed win the Game of Thrones.

Little Finger is the proverbial "snake in the grass" and Jon would be very wise, very wise indeed to take him out before Little Finger takes out Jon.

The point about Little Finger is about 4:30.

Ned made so many mistakes, but trusting Baelish was his worst.

Oh no doubt and you know he is biding his time.

Playing the pawn now helps him keep a low profile, yet he still reminds Jon that it was he who saved his ass. Was it his plan to marry Sansa off only to come back riding in to save the day from the Boltons, who's to say? I notice that Yohn Royce says his peace at each meeting yet Littlefinger stays quiet and watches... those are the most dangerous.

He set things in motion by first getting Lysa to poison her husband Jon Aryn who was hand of the king, then king Robert makes the trip to Winterfell and sets in motion many of the events that befall the Starks. This is revenge possibly for the insult of many years ago of getting "cut" by the Starks. Ned was brought down by Jamie outside one of his brothels.

He already had favour with the Lannisters and gained more with the Tyrells when he killed Joffrey. Killing Lysa covered the truth or did Sansa overhear?

His upbringing wasn't from a noble family, so I believe he has a love hate relationship with them ... being psychotic just adds another level. That being slowly eliminating the great families by pitting them against one another while he profits each time.

With Jon out of the picture for a while let's see what he plans with Sansa.

Oh yeah i kinda missed that on the first watch, but i saw it after. Too bad ...

But yeah can't say they where honorable either, i mean they killed the prince and his son like cowards.

And well am i the only one here who hate Little Finger? I mean i just hope it get it the worst way possible, i would love to see him dye by the hand of Jon. I hate that he was responsible for killing Ned. And since that day nobody in the Starks entourage knows... I wish eventually by some ways just before dying or something Ceisei reveal it to him, that this man was responsible for the death of your father.

Maybe it will be Sansa too that kill him. I hope he does not survive this season...

And yeah Natalie Emanuelle breast are just perfect... :)

I'm not sure how you could genuinely like Baelish. He oozes sleaze from the first beat in the book and series. But I haven't been able to discount him as a contender, even though I don't really see him on the iron throne at the end. He's going to throw his weight behind whoever will best elevate his profile and status.

I'm a bit confused as to whether he's officially on the outs with Cersei. His use of the Knights of the Vale in clobbering the Bolton's MUST be known by now to Cersei considering how much the raven communication network has improved this season. The fact that he nor House Aryn/The Vale has not been mentioned during all the map/game talks makes me think there's a long play here. But I'm not sure what else Cersei could offer him that could entice him enough to forsake Sansa. Hand of the Queen? Storm's End? She already gave him Harrenhal. Taking it away would be no great loss considering how much more important it is to end up on the winning side of the wars to come... and team Cersei must be looking pretty weak to someone with Littlefinger's knowledge of court.

This Sansa stuff is just a distraction, me thinks. Baelish wants the iron throne. It's all or nothing for him. Varys has always been an unsung hero for me throughout the series, and he nailed Baelish early on, "He would see this country burn if he could be King of the ashes."

Regardless, he probably deserves to die more than anyone right now. He betrayed Cersei at-least twice, the Starks and the Aryn/Royce crew, and none seem to have realized it yet.

---

Interesting but not revelatory clarification on the gender-neutrality of the Azor Ahai stuff this week. If you're interested and haven't seen it, here's a great explanation of this from a couple years ago. It seems to be coming together...

Why not? It's the same as any other vanilla date (movies, dinner, coffee, etc.). Personally I don't do those, but there are plenty who do. Plus, you can hop in bed right after and imitate all the hot scenes you just witnessed!

It's a "Netflix and Chill" date, but HBO instead. I heard it advertised in the states a few years back and it's spread around pretty much worldwide now. The latest twist is that the SPs cosplay, dress up as female characters on the show and you can role play.

I've never tried it but it does sound interesting
