I'm curious how tipping works in this hobby. What's expected? ...assuming good service. Is there a standard? Do you use a straight up percentage like 15% or 20%? I hate to draw a parallel to the server that brings you your dinner but they usually get a tip based on an expected percentage. I have no doubt the MPA or SP does a lot more work than that server... so how to base tips? Obviously I'm asking this question because I'm green and don't know any better, so I'd like to hear how you figure this out.
