I really like this version of Gordon Ramsay's scrambled eggs. The combination of tomatoes on vine, mushrooms and sourdough bread is just magnificent. BTW; those Scotch eggs look delish. Had to actually look it up and didn't realize preparation time is about 40 minutes, but probably well worth it.Same here. I love eggs.... I get fresh eggs from a friend's farm about once a month. Love making omelets and Huevos Rancheros!They didn't mention Scotch eggs in the video. Love making those too.
Never heard of Vegan Eggs until now. Costs about $8 which is equivalent to a dozen regular eggs.

Similar to me but I do like a little graded cheese added w/ dash of pepper - omelettes spanish if my favorite with mushroom close second - fried (on toast) over easy .. I'm okasy with a liquid yoke but hate the clear goo - and on rare occasions - eggs benedict.

Aardie, I've never had but what your looking for is an Friuli egg recipe, you may even be able to get it in Venice.
