Since the other thread has kind of died, and alot of the posts are pretty out of date, I figured it couldn't hurt to get a new one covering providers who offer greek as of 2017.

Glad to see this thread but one of the problems is that many providers offer greek conditionally or to a select number of their clients. So you can have a fantastic experience but you can't really share because it isn't available to everyone.

Just FYI. At least for me with Monique, backdoor fun was ymmv. (As should always be assumed to be the case).
