He isn't. That isn't his mandate. He doesn't have access to the top secret information. Nor does his staff. He is investigation about Flynn.

See the above for my thought on that.
Demonstrate proof of his mandate, scope of his investigation and proof of your claims.

His investigation's scope is where the evidence takes him, which may include treason, conspiracy, collusion, obstruction and any crime that may have been committed by Trump's operatives and yes even the Trumpster himself.

I'll save you the trouble of a futile search and further embarrassment:

What will Robert Mueller do as special counsel?

Mueller is supposed to carry on the investigation that former FBI director James Comey told Congress about before he was fired by President Donald Trump. That includes any links between Trump campaign associates and Russia, as well as “any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation,” according to the letter appointing him.

What are a special counsel’s powers?

Under Justice Department regulations, a special counsel has all the authority of a U.S. attorney, including the ability to initiate investigations, subpoena records and bring criminal charges. One difference, however: Special counsels get to choose whether they inform the Justice Department what they’re up to. Before taking “significant” actions, however, the special counsel must notify the attorney general.

Could a special counsel investigate things beyond simply the Russia connection?

Mueller has a broad mandate to determine the course of an investigation, but not an unlimited one. If he decides that something outside the scope of the letter appointing him needs investigating, he would have to ask for permission to expand his probe.

So your last paragraph proves me right. Thanks!

I will say it again. He isn't in charge of any committee or intelligence body investigation cullusion.
He is special counsel and is doing an investigation. He is forming his own committee to do that investigation, whether you like it or not. He has hired 13 lawyers for that committee. And in fact the house and senate committees are deferring to him so as not to disrupt his investigation.

Call it what you want but the most senior investigation, led by Mueller has issued no statement regarding any of the information he has.

Definition of committee:
com·mit·tee **(kə-mĭt′ē)
n.
1. A group of people officially delegated to perform a function, such as investigating, considering, reporting, or acting on a matter

For the Trumptard surrogates who are pretending to be linguists by poorly attempting to use semantics, please enlighten us as to which part of the definition of committee does not pertain to Mueller's team.

Then show us a quote where someone from his committee said there is no evidence of Russian collusion.

If this was true a call for impeachment would already have occurred.
Possibly in Russia but in the US they wait until a thorough investigation is FINISHED before acting on it.

Nixon wasn't impeached - he resigned. .
Nixon resigned after the impeachment process was already officially started. The only reason he resigned was he was about to get impeached. Nixon did a 'You can't fire me - I quit !' The Coles note summary - Nixon was impeached. It is interesting that you nit pick nuances in history without the ability to comprehend simple admissions from Trump on TV why he fired Comey. He wanted to stop the Russian investigation and he repeated it to the Russians.

Trump has performed under even the most minimal standards I expected. He is an idiot - a buffoon. In only 5 months - he is under investigation for obstruction of justice, ignored warnings about a Russian agent and brought him into the heart of American intelligence, spilled ultra secret information freely to the Russians, become the international laughing stock of the world, damaged NATO, isolated close allies, and has been unable to pass a single piece of major legislation. Is any point which you Trump supporters acknowledge his incompetency or are you going top continue more and more ludicrous arguments in his defence ?

Maybe if he shoots somebody in the street.

Are you saying that all of the intelligence agencies of the USA are so incompetent they can't come to this conclusion?

And where the hell do you think this "new Committee" will be getting all its information from? Do they have access to sources the combined might of 17 other agencies don't have?

Collusion is all but done. Even the press is moving on now.

You are stating that the 'heart of the matter' which btw is COLLUSION is outside the scope of his investigation and thus he would need to ask permission to investigate it?

You either don't have a clue whatsoever or you're just reciting verbatim from the KellyAnne Conway/Jay Sekulow/Sean Spicer/Sebastion Gorka/Donald Trump 'how to bullshit 'em' alternative facts manual.

Get real you are embarrassing and shaming yourself.

I'm certainly not "embarrassing myself". The heads of all the intelligence agencies and Sen Diane Feinstein(D) on the intelligence committee are all on public record that collusion did not happen between the Trump campaign and Russian entities.

So all that is left is why Trump tried to have the investigation on Flynn dropped. And it was I believe out of misguided loyalty. For a decorated soldier and loyal campaigner.

But he never went into obstruction territory either. You can have the OPINION that differs but from a legal standpoint it's just not close enough.

And Meuller is eventually going to have to conclude the same thing.

But when it comes to Lynch? That my friend is going to be VERY interesting as it unfolds.

KellyAnne, is that you?

Get real, I provided proof of Mueller's mandate and you still refuse to accept facts.

You are as credible as Trump and his crew.

So your last paragraph where you say they have to ask permission to go beyond the scope I mentioned is false? Many you need to decide what your opinion is.

But that's fine. And you are correct in that you never know where these things can go. My bet is to Lynch and the DNC.
