Just my luck I guess, after a 4.5 years of sexless marriage that ended in divorce (called by me of course), and after few years reading amazing reviews, I decide to take the plunge and lose my hobby virginity. Got horny one morning (as losing money on stocks gets me stressed and stress get me horny, go figure.), saw ad here on independent section for a girl that I had in mind for some time. Book was super easy, and even though i was nervously shaking like a teenager on first time, I managed to go and live what so many here already described to perfection.
The lady was OMG, exactly what I needed, super cute, nice and at that time just perfect really. All covered, except BJ, left with a smile that seriously last for hours after. Now exactly 6 days after, my dick had a pus like discharge and little burning, that even though will be tested tomorrow, I know that is gonorrhea. Don't know if the BJ was the culprit (as now I read that this virus usually stays in the back of the throat), or simply by pussy and dick touching when she went over me to find other position was enough for transmission. Yeah, talk about bad luck. So moral of the story, if you go in the rain, don't mind getting little wet (get it?).
Do I regret, FUCK NO!!! And will definitely continue in the hobby (fingers crossed for better luck next time). I notified the lady and its up to her to get treatment (hope she gets it) and I will not share her name or local, as the way I see it, it may happen to anyone. For the most experienced, i really appreciate if you can share how common is this? Should I go all plastic next time??? I rather not, so in that case, how is the treatment, pills during a week, and ready again? TIA

I know that you wanted to tell her as early as possible so that she would exercise caution on the safe side asap, but I don't think you could say that it was Gonorrhea before you got tested. You can even get Chlamydia orally. (Personally, in my years of experience, neither contracted orally but by accidental genital contact years ago).

Good luck. Newer strains of Gonorrhea are more resistant to antibiotics. Hope it all works out.

One antibiotic for G is called Cefixime.

For C, it is azithromycin or a 7 day prescription of doxycycline.

Sometimes doctors prescribe both (chlamydia is the default, as Gonorrhea test results take longer to get).

You are right, and thanks for the info. Checking symptoms, they are very similar, and it can be either, hope they can test by swapping the pus like discharge (which is very small as it started today). Oh man, the lady doesn't want to believe me, and think that I'm scamming her or something. And to think I jump into this hobby to avoid drama.

That's why you have to be careful what you say until you know for sure. Then again, I've seen an SP deny, deny, deny when I know it couldn't have come from me, but you're still better off to inform them. Even your doctor will tell you do to so. Also, in case you are attached, you better inform your doctor that you are to be contacted only directly by a public health nurse (sometimes they follow up), for confidentiality reasons and discretion.

With respect to Cefixime, if you are allergic to certain anti-biotics, it may not be administered in favor of an alternate, but it does work great.

I found that the pus from G can even have a slight color, but that the discharge from C is not. G can be heavier than C.

For C, sometimes, you may not exhibit symptoms which makes it trickier than G.

Also, if they are going to check your discharge, be prepared for them to gently insert a thin Q-Tip into your urethra in order for them to draw a sample for examination. If it's heavy, they may not need to try so hard.

Sucks to be right. Just came back from The Hassle Free clinic and it's confirmed to be G. Shot in the ass, four red pills and blood sample for Hep-B testing. Will do HIV in two weeks just in case. they also prescribed Gerdasil 9 (three doses at $190/pop) to prevent HPV, I will obliged. If anyone needs it, including "you" little lady, clinic is really good and it has separate times for Men and Women for avoid embarrassment they are at 66 Gerrard St E. (416-922-3549).

Have you contacted the lady already?

I am not asking you to name her, as that would pretty much destroy her reputation, but you should contact her immediately, and demand that she stops having sex/ advertising until a few after getting cured

I did warned her as soon I knew something was wrong, and after being confirmed positive. I wish I could post her texts, but I'm conscious that would cause her too many issues. Her response was (in order): lmao, I test all the time and never had anything, I don't believe you, you did this a few times months ago (oh my...), I remember your number and then silence. I sincerely hope she has some conscience and understand how many lives she could literally destroy by not having a clue about her own body (she obviously is passing this thru uncover BJ as clinic told me the virus is usually in the back of her throat), and probably she believes she has nothing, but she is a very nice girl and I think she will take care of this problem as it takes 2 weeks vacation. Luckily I'm not attached as it would be unimaginable to pass G to my partner, but again I've never cheated in my life, so it wouldn't happen anyway. If you have symptoms like your dick feels like you jerked a little, like slime with semen, after 4-14 days after you had sex, go check urself before passing along to others. Good luck to all. Her ad is up and price is down, so be aware!!! If seeing an independent, ask them to mouthwash before BJ (not sure if it will help, but they ask you to do the same so its fair game). Ladies, it appears that it may help or even cure if you gargle everyday, so please do it together with your customer before BJ.

I have to agree strongly with this point of view. If she is still advertising and seeing clients that is a huge problem. I am less concerned about her reputation and more concerned about the spreading of diseases. If she knows she is passing on diseases to others that is totally wrong and other members should be warned to stay clear of her!!!

Being a math geek doesn't help much, as conservatively estimates of 4-6 guys a day times 8 days already averages 40 guys, not mentioning previous days before I saw her, then you get 40 guys that got with another partner and you start to see an exponentially worrying scenario... Hence the importance to act on any symptoms and hold for at least 7 days or use protection to loved ones till you are in the clear. Besides, treatment is free and relatively easy to get. I'm off for three weeks at least, till i get my other shots and HIV test, so I know that I'm totally clean. Wish there was an instant test that we could do on the spot to make sure that both are clean. Don't wanting to underplay the issue, but clinic told that I was indeed very unlucky, as most people have tens of partners before showing up there, and the guy that saw could not believe either. On the bright side, at least I made some money on my stocks this past week.

For those asking me if the clinic see people that are not landed immigrants or Canadian citizens, I would say they might, as that was the first thing they asked me, and I didn't see anyone being refused. They are super chill, way better than my family doctor (for more than 10 years) office. Call them or stop by 66 Gerrard St E. (416-922-3549), they will let you know for sure. One guy was even getting help from a translator to fill the form. Good luck.
And for those asking the name of the girl privately, sorry cannot do it. Just pray that she is not the type that hates men and want to make men suffer for his sins or something in that line. Common sense should prevail.
Hopefully she is already on the meds and is not spreading, the clinic asked me to not have sex for 2 weeks, but if you google about it you will see that G can be non-contagious after 6-24 hrs after meds, C after 1-2 days depending on how the body reacts, to be clear of symptoms it can take from 10-14 days.

Never required a shot in the ass. Perhaps different for you because they are taking no chances in case it's the strain resistant to the usual antibiotics so you get extra protection, but glad you know what it is. You should have the Twinrix shots to protect yourself against Hep A and Hep B without question (I don't think it costs anything under your OHIP). HIV test is also important. My doctor gave me a pamphlet about the Gardasil vaccine to protect against HPV but I can't remember if he quoted $600? I thought it was less. I will do that one too I guess. Good luck Kharcoff and get well soon.

I considered going once but it was easier for me to visit a nearby doctor's clinic when I couldn't see my doctor or didn't want too (he's old school and judgmental). So the Hassle Free wasn't crowded or busy? Good for you. Thanks for the added info too.

He said he contacted her before and after his results. It's too bad she's in denial, but I've seen this happen before in my personal experience (she could be denying to protect her reputation but hopefully she gets tested and treated immediately). But I would think (or hope so) that she's in the extreme minority and that the vast majority of SPs get tested regularly and monitor their own health satisfactorily.

Thanks to all. A little more piece of information, when they gave me the appointment for the HIV test, they folded together the meds I got. The 4 red pills were Azithromycin (Zithromax) 250 mg (said to be treatment of C) and the shot was Ceftriaxone (250 mg) (treatment for G), but the way literally 12 hours after, my dick was clear, pink, and dry again, that shit was military strength for sure. All cured. My TDL will be restricted to agency girls from now on, I know it will not make difference, but hopefully at least the agency better prepare the girls to take care of themselves.

Kharcoff, Perhaps you have already done this but ask for something in writing (two copies) black out your personal information on one copy scan it and e-mail it to the SP saying I wanted you to know for certain so that you can be tested and start treatment.

In any event sorry to learn of this, and glad that it turned out to be treatable!

So you notified the lady and she thinks you are joking, and she is continuing to spread her disease to others but yet you don't want to name her.
I question hobbying sometimes because of people like you. If I were in this situation and caught something from someone and notified her and she took it as a joke and kept on advertising and spreading her STD I would not even think twice about posting her name. She is definitely not a reputable SP since she doesn't take this seriously. I am really baffled on how keeping quiet with her name is doing anyone of us hobbyist anything positive, while this SP is putting our health at risk due to her neglect.

Do the right thing and name this SP so others don't catch this STD, and a hobbyist doesn't pass it on to their wife/gf/significant other unknowingly and their whole life is turned upside down because some white knight wanted to save a STD transmitting SP's reputation.

Another reason why I would rather see agency girls, if this was a reputable agency they would very quickly notify her and have her tested before she continues working.
I will be avoiding all Indy's for a very long time.

Completely agree. If you see her continuing to post ads or availability on her website, I hope you will consider posting more details to prevent any further spread.

I've already have my share of issues, she knows for sure, and probably read this too. I just want to put this behind me and move on. I cannot believe that she would not get tested or treated even if she thought that could be hoax.
