Amazing all those years racing at the very highest levels of motorcycle racing and he gets killed riding a bicycle. RIP Nicky. You were a nice guy, a great rider and a great champion. A rare combo indeed.

Yes he had a big weight disadvantage and was still able to win a MOTO GP championship against Rossi. An amazing feat really!!

A big loss for motorcycle racing.

When beIn Sports first went on the air, he was the pitchman for Superbike racing on the channel. Prior to that, I'd never seen a motorcycle broadcast in Toronto. Extremely popular in Italy, Valentino Rossi is like a God.

The announcer for Superbike racing is from Winnipeg, she used to work for Global.
