The robot vacuums don't yet replace a real vacuum, but they do make difference. I have a Roomba and it cleans my place every day. It does make my place a lot cleaner.

I have a Dyson vacuum for more thorough cleaning and it always gets a lot of stuff the Roomba missed.

intriguing question for a prostitute review board ... no?

Or would the escort know best? as there would be a bit of carpet clean up after the work day concluded.....

Bissel and Hoover have been making carpet cleaning machines for a very long time, it stands to reason that they make good machines.

I have a similar type of machine but for hard floors, it shoots water out then scrubs, then sucks up the dirty water into a container. The machine I have is a hoover floormate. I thought my floors were clean before I bought my floormate. Once a week I would, sweep + regular mop + steam mop. The first time I used the floormate, the dirty water in storage tank was pitch black, there were all types of nastiness that only the floormate could pickup. The floormate goes on sale on Amazon.ca every few months for around $90. I am looking to get the battery powered version of the hoover floormate when it is on sale.

Depending on how often you clean your rugs I suggest you rent from Home Depot. They have good commercial machines I manage buildings for a living and I get really good results from them

Live also rented from Sobeys and Metro. Their machines are quite good as well. Prefer the ones with the hose and suction head as I find that easier to move around than the one piece ones. The water capacity is also higher so you're not always running around to fill and empty the water.

The cost does add up but if you're only cleaning the carpets once a year, then the rentals are much better machines than the ones you can buy at Sears or Walmart.

I 2nd this. You want a deep lean rent a professional machine. Dont waste the money buying it. Rent as needed...like once or twice a year. Bibus is you dont have to store it anywhere.

If you know a, like a parent or other relative, get them to rent it on a Wednesday when its half price for seniors.

Rip it up and put in hardwood or tile.

You can steam clean it 50 times and it will still be filthy dirty.
