According to CP24, a Forum Research poll shows the Conservatives would win 170 seats if an election is held to-day.

A nameless/faceless opponent is harder to run against than an actual candidate. I suspect the Young Prince will be given another term

It doesn't seem like it, with the NDP at 15%, but with the NDP leadership finally showing signs of life, and Trudeau honeymoon ending, a large chunk of Liberal NDP swing voters could shift back towards the NDP. Already their is an under current of dissatisfaction in some Liberals who supported Electoral reform. A poorly done budget, that felt like it was designed more as an exercise in feminism then something designed to actual get things done is a poorly designed budgets.

Way to early to even think about this. Come back after both parties have leaders and some policy statements.

It's hard to believe that a party with no leader would win that many seats, not even in Canada where we customarily give folks the benefit of the doubt. A leaderless Conservative Party is the real-world state of affairs "… if an election is held today".

But you go ahead and enjoy whatever fantasy world this poll is quantifying, ±4%, 19 times outta 20. And I thank you for this vivid illustration of how really unreal and unscientific polls can be.

Did you know 4% of Americans who were asked in a poll, answered that they had been decapitated?
