Where were the supposed "animal lovers" and their outrage at these incidents? My guess is that they only chimed in when it happened in a country with a majority of a certain religion.

Big difference between CHILDREN in a 1st world country, and ADULTS in a backward country, don't ya think,...or do you,...???

But if you want to justify actions like these,...because they are all the same religion,...not going to go over very well in the light of recent events.

Actually I read a lot of letters to the editor in various newspapers (mostly from the U.K. and the Continent) deploring this.

It is merely that there wasn't a thread here.

How do you know they were adults that killed the crocodile? No one was apprehended in that incident. Are you making assumptions about people again? You're pretty good at that, but then again, bigots usually are. What's the difference? They both killed defenseless animals trapped in a cage. Both were acts of barbarism. Don't you agree?

And who the fuck is justifying anything here? Seems like you are the one justifying their actions by stating they were "children in a 1st world country". Excusing one group and persecuting the other for the same actions make you a bigot.

I was talking about the member here who posted an article about the crocodile that was stoned to death in Tunisia. He was outraged at that incident but had nothing to say about the flamingo in the Czech republic. I wonder why?

Because nobody reported that the Czechoslovakian incident was adults.

Plus, that was one isolated incident,...while in the backward country,...numerous, ongoing.

You justified the numerous actions in that backward country,...by bringing up one singular incident by CHILDREN in 1ST world country.

So, because the parents are gonna pay for their kids stupid, cruel actions, that makes what they did okay in your eyes? There you go, justifying the cruel slaughter of defenseless, caged animals because "the parents are going to make restitution". They felt "no remorse" for their actions, maybe that's how they raise their kids over in Czech republic.

Again, nobody was apprehended in the Tunisia incident. Who are you going to punish? We all know that you would like to hold the whole country accountable for the actions of a few, but thankfully, society looks down on that type of bigotry, as well as looking down on bigots, like you.

Think versatile has a point. Someone provided a link about stoning in Tunisia of alligator and he has provided a stoning of a flamingo in the Czech republic.

We "could" split hairs about how the situations have differences but I think the key here is when we talk about Tunisia its all about those savages but when it's the Czechs they get the benefit of the doubt that this is just an isolated event.

I read your vitriol in the other thread on Tunisians who stoned a captive crocodile to death just because they thought it was fun to do so. To be cruel to animals. Now you've posted a rebuttal thread (this thread) as an obvious dig at FAST. You figured that the Czech Republic is a majority Christian country, therefore, the evil brats who killed the birds (by stoning yet) are Christian. Your argument is meant to use similar circumstances to the Tunisian thread to point out the hypocrisy of the "typical Muslims" argument figuring that these kids in the Czech Republic are Christians and thus by extension all Christians are evil.

But I think you didn't even consider the possibility that the little bastards who stoned a poor bird to death could in fact be Muslims.

It's no secret that Muslims by and large (but not all) despise animals. Just witness how they torture animals in order to eat them (halal meat - which in my opinion should be banned by law). Or for that matter how Muslims despise dogs and torture poor dogs in the name of religion on a regular basis. Witness the recent dog rescues from Iran where it's perfectly acceptable to torture and kill dogs with impunity.

When a child grows up in a household where torturing animals is condoned and even encouraged, it really doesn't surprise me when I hear things like what happened to the crocodile in captivity, or the bird in your example. It's a tragedy.

Ummm, no. Not once did I mention what religion these kids are, the article doesn't say, but it does state that these kids stoned a flamingo to death, and that it happened in Czech republic. So, take from that, what you will. If the article leads you to believe that the kids are Muslim, then my first question would be; "Did we read the same article?", followed by, "Where did the article mention religion?", and lastly, "What's that shit you be smoking?".
