I have heard radio ads recently for a new treatment for ED that is supposed to encourage the growth of new blood vessels in the penis through the use of sound wave therapy. Supposedly painless, and effective in many cases, but a bit expensive.

Search "www.ontariomenshealth.ca/erectile-dysfunction-shock-wave-therapy-toronto-ontario" for more info.

Curious if any terb members have tried this, or know of anybody who has.

Could always use a bit more stiffness in the old pickle!

They do it at the mens clinic at eg and yonge

they test blood flow to penis with ultra sound

if they feel you need more blood flow shock therapy is one course of treatment

You need a clinic near you as you go for 10 minute treatment with about 20 treatments over a year

They claim no damage is possible as it has been in Europe for quite a while and recently allowed in Canada so it has been thoroughly tested for any side effects

I also get testosterone cream which I apply daily and I have some Alprostadil I can inject into penis for hour long erection. It works like Viagra by opening blood vessels allowing blood in but not out

OHIP and insurance cover everything except the shock treatment which cost $2,500 (tax write off)

I am going to get another ultra sound next month as my last treatment was 3 months ago to decide whether I should have more shock treatments

Second treatment plan is half price but he said most do not require it

shocks are given to penis and you feel a tingle. These sensations become more intense over time which is indicative of progress. Hundreds of shocks in 10 minutes session

Any more questions I will try to answer but I think I have said it all. Lots of info on youtube

Mens Clinic has 2 or 3 MDs that specialize in ED. The guy who gives the shock treatment was MD in europe but is not a MD here so he works under the auspices of the clinic

You will not be a teen again but I have found it works.

You are welcome

What model cock did you get, I have the upgraded version has usb for inputting music. But, I am taking it back.
All day long it has been playing Ed Sheeren - Shape of you. (talk about ear worm)
Going to get the WIFI version plays whatever is on the top 40 of any chart based on the music tastes of the lady you are close to.
(have to remember to turn down the rap when I walk by a hot police officer)

Doesn't work, from personal experience. There is short placebo effect. Snake oil. $2,000 plus for 5 or 6 10 minute treatments. Bordering on shady.

Where did you go for treatments?

You should shop around even with MDs. 5 sessions are not enough. I have had around 20 over a year.

Prices vary.
