Ontario Energy Minister Glenn Thibeault has confirmed what most of us already knew -- Ontario pays too much for renewable energy, and those costs "helped fuel" the doubling in electricity prices in the last decade.

Sadly, it's doubtful that Thibeault and the Wynne government will take serious action to correct the mistakes. More likely, they'll offer Band-Aid solutions that might help the Liberals' short-term election prospects but do little to correct the green-energy fiasco.
