Urban dictionary has a few uses for a standalone S.
The only one in context here is Sex.

As far as brown showers, etc. are concerned, I believe the term more commonly used is scat, not shit.

Why does someone speak of 4 asterisks following the S? I see 4 dots. And 2 more dots following the word "more".
