But just to add some more - drink a gallon of prune juice. If that doesn't clean you out the only other solution is a garden hose....

drink water eat yogurt lot of fruits and veg. That is the most simple way to cleanse your colon. Exercise on top of that makes things even cleaner and smoother..

unfortunately I am lactose intolerant and am subjected to the occasional colon cleanse from time to time
