To make it clear im not asking how to use a stocks ECN, I am familiar with how ECN trading works and which gateways will credit a transaction.
Every trading platform/broker has the typical flat rate trade fee's but there is no mention of ECN credits if an order gets filled on the bid. Is there a broker that offers more than just ECN access and flat rates, something that goes further in transactions with the gateway credits and fees?
