Regardless of the inconvenience, I think it would be foolish to base your decisions on a bunch of lay people here. I've seen discussions on areas where I have true expertise and I am shocked (plus humoured) at the level of total ignorance on the topic at hand yet it becomes accepted as gospel here.

Talk to the doctor directly. If you are serious, it is the only way to minimize the guesswork. If you don't then you are either not serious or you are willing to accept something unexpected, either in terms of results, recovery and/or costs.
You won't be getting a general idea, you are getting as specific an idea as possible.

What type of cosmetic are you looking for? Certain people specialize in certain procedures. You want to go to rhinoplastic surgeon if you want to get your nose done for example. Or a doctor that specializes in breast augmentation. Research is very very important and read the reviews.

I work with a lot of beautiful woman who had some great doctors lol if you want I can ask them who they saw and shoot you some information on some Doctor names? Breasts usually run anywhere from 6-8 grand, I haven't had any done myself but from what I gather, they are very very happy with their new selves.

Dr. Lista is one of the best for breast augmentation, he only does breasts.

There was a thread by marlene a while back, bunch of morons telling her not to do it. Thousands of women have done it so why not if it makes you feel better, get the soft ones though, don't cheap out.

Go to the Brass rail. Find the best pairs of fakes. Ask who their doctors were. Go from there to consultations.
