Trump talking at CIA prattles on about "dishonest media" & how he's been on Time magazine cover more than Tom Brady. This is nuts.

Well if I made it though the eight years of President Bush's (43) Presidency here on TERB, I can certainly make it though President Trump's even if he was far from my first choice for the office.

The wolves are out for him now, it's pretty intense. He's made his bed, now he'll have to lie in it.
It's easy to rant and spell out what has to be done, it's getting it done that is the challenge.
That's the art of politics.
Despite the fact that he's always been conspicuously arrogant to varying degrees, he had tremendous charm and cache when he was younger.
It would have served him well to have built on that with maturity. I don't know what happened to this guy.

I have a question about the outrage of him giving a speech in front of the wall.

As the podium most likely was set up by the CIA as its on their turf, or at the very least approved, why the hell is it "disrespectful" to use it as a backdrop?

If it was, why didn't someone speak up before? Wouldn't it have made sense to prevent the disrespect in the first place?

Unless some wanted to capitalize on it......

It's what he said that made it disrespectful and how he said it. But he's the President now, whatever he wants, he gets. Or Putin gets.....
People made great points about his speech in front of that wall, talking about himself on how many times he appeared on one of the covers of the MSM's magazine, TIME? Awww, so dishonest, but I'll brag, I've been on it.
Zero class, zero integrity, zero fucks to give to anyone.

He capitalized on it by politicizing the intelligence agency by giving a speech in front of a wall that remembers their fallen.
Pretty sad, even more sad for anyone that would defend his actions. No shame, no respect.

Btw, when is Trump going to share his secret to getting ISIS and get this over with so no other stars are added to that wall.
