That's not what the Geneva Conventions and ICC say but if that's what you need to believe to justify terrorism I won't be able to stop you.
For some reason you are trying to say that Palestinians are justified in attacking settlements and it is illegal to stop their attacks. That is purely asinine.
Defending against oppression could apply If Palestinians want to be legal combatants and attack Israeli military. Of course Israel would still be entitled to treat them as combatants but you keep claiming that Palestinian attackers are civilians.
