She should go back to movies permanently. If she does want to come back she needs to ditch Edmond.

Her trainers haven't got a clue what they put her up against. Amanda Nunez is basically Anderson Silvas twin sister in their fighting style. Rhonda should have been working the takedowns and throws after Kat Zingano already revealed Nunez could be thrown around !so why do they have Rhonda on her feet in this match up?

The UFC should have fed Paige more soft balls so she could be the next UFC darling lol. I guess they didn't think ahead with a backup plan even though Ronda had a real tough chance of winning.

They broke attendance records tonight at T-Mobile. They better hold onto Connor a little longer before feeding him to Nate, Khabib, or Tony.

Her career is identical to Tysons., mostly, if not all hype.

This is exactly what I was thinking about 20 seconds into it when she got lit up a couple of times, that she needed to take it to the ground. She didn't, and it ended shortly after. She's only 29, so she has a good movie career ahead of her.

Well I wouldnt say identical to Tyson...I think its safe to say Tyson wasn't all hype with a record of 50 wins and 44KO's lol. She is a closer to a Brock Lesnar comparison when it comes to all hype.

I loved it and wanted her to get Knocked out. I hope she retires and just focus on movies, commercials and maybe the WWE

I get around.
Rousey's MMA career is over.
What's really unfair is that she got $3 million. In 2016 Rousey had zero fights, got all the hype from UFC and yet did no pre-fight events "to focus on training", and then stormed out of the octagon without the usual post-fight chat with Joe Rogan.
In 2016, Nunes defeated Shevchenko; destroyed then title-holder Miesha Tate and hit her so hard that Tate retired rather than get beat up again; and has now retired Ronda Rousey.
Nunes was paid $100,000 for the fight.

It is the Kardashian syndrome.

This wasnt a match up of fighters
It was a match up of coaches....who prepared their fighter better
Everyone knew Rousey was a submissions/grappler/ground 'n'pound
Nunes was a striker..
Nunes knew she had to stay away from Rousey..keep her on the outside pick her spots when to unload
Rousey..needed to figure out how to get inside and grab a hold of Nunes so she could do what she does best
which corner prepared their fighter to counter their opponents strengths better?
Well..it pretty clear
If rousey wants to continue in the sport...she needs to strip down her training to the basics...get rid of everyone in her camp...and start over from scratch

Unfair ? How many eyes were on the fight for Nunes .. Rousey's brand deserved every penny and more cause her name generated 10 times ( and more ) in revenue .. My wife who knows zero MMA fighters woke up and asked who won .

This guy gets it.
100% correct.
Rousey's name and fame sold this fight.
MMA and Nunes should both be thanking her.

Am I the only one that thinks woman should not be in the Ufc? I'm all for equality but I can't watch two woman (or man) beating on each other. I didn't watch the match, I saw the replay due to others watching it. I don't like men beating on each other either. I just don't feel right whenever I see people beating on each other for entertainment or pleasure.

I guess I look at woman as beautiful flowers and not mashed potatoes

I guess I'm too Old School.......

Yes, unfair. And I'm not alone to find it odd that Rousey was hyped up so much for this fight while the champion was not.

Joe Rogan said:
Ronda deserved every bit of hype she got, but Holly KO'ed her, Miesha choked out Holly, and Amanda smashed Miesha. That should be respected
