VERRRRY NICE sexy man!http://www.olg.ca/lotteries/faq_lotteries_information.jsp?game=dailygrand_faq#5
5. IS THERE AN OPTION FOR A SINGLE CASH PAYMENT INSTEAD OF AN ANNUITY?
Yes. For the top prize, instead of an annuity payment, the winner may choose a single lump sum total of $7 million. For the second prize of $25,000 a year for life, the winner may choose a single lump sum total of $500,000.
Frank, it depends how old you are, whether you're a thrill-seeker he he, and how healthy. Would I take my chances? Not if I was middle-aged. You can get sick or get run over.
yeah there is an end. When you end the money ends.cash for life is $1000 a week for life with no end
I hope you're wrong, but I appreciate your observations. At odds of 13.3 million to one it's just shy of the odds for 649.
The 5 numbers was great odds but then the 6th number acts as a "powerball" skyrocketing the odds.
I'll try it at least once but not make habit of it though.
A more interesting game would have been if a guaranteed winner must be chosen from all the combinations played for that draw.
You're not gonna see that anytime soon.
Scratch tickets are guaranteed but bummer is OLG sells the higher prized games all over Canada.
In the Ontario only lotteries, winning tickets seem to be sold outside of the Toronto city limits while most of the take is from sales within Toronto.
It does seem that way. Once again, I hope you're wrong.Although I still believe the most amount of money and losing tickets are sold in Toronto for scratch. It's just my imagination. Maybe OLG just picks winners from outside Toronto to showcase on their website to encourage people in these parts.
Scratch tickets have guaranteed winners and each tick can be tracked from leaving OLG to wherever they end up.
If OLG wanted to take it upon themselves to be income redistributors, directly placing winner sin smaller towns with less sales than say Toronto...
it could very well be done.
Though we don't see it, I'm sure there are auditors and controls every step of the way for each game though.
I still don't like sharing OLG scratch ticket offerings all over Canada especially when you see more winners everywhereelse except Ontario.
we here in Ontario don't get to share in BC and Quebec specific scratch offerings.
It's like many of the big prizes in 649 and lottomax seem to be won in Quebec.
Just random chance I suppose.
Ahhh Kadie, I didn't see this. That's so sweet.VERRRRY NICE sexy man!
If you win you better promise me you'll take us away on a nice 3 week vacay!
Caribbean or Europe please!
Anywhere with you would be a BLAST
There is a slight difference in buying options for the folks our West, and there have been quite a few lucky winners in the Daily Grand out there compared to in the East.I hope you're wrong, but I appreciate your observations.
It does seem that way. Once again, I hope you're wrong.
BTW, a big winning ticket was sold in Woodbridge, Ontario but nobody has yet claimed the prize. I think it was for $30 million or so. (Wasn't me lol).
I won $50 in a $10 scratch card the other day (the XXX yellow coloured ones).
