This is the Raptors lets not forget .. This team is team in the history never makes anything easy ... In the last 4 series that went to game 7 ... All 4 they were up 3-2 ...Those "raps in 6" chants gave me the giggles.
Wonder who stays to play that game from the Raps? Will they let VV, Siakam, Poeltl stay in TO and play or on the bench in Milwaukee? Conundrum for Stack though he has won without these guys this year but the Vipers are pretty strong! Still be nice if they can pull it off!Raptors 905 Surge to Force Winner-Take-All NBA D-League Finals Game 3
Pascal Siakam poured in 32 points to carry Raptors 905 to a 95-85 victory over the RGV Vipers, forcing a winner-take-all NBA D-League Finals Game 3 (Thursday, 7 PM ET, ESPNU).
Funny it was a battle between Saikam and Vipers Kyle Wiltjer ( who is Canadian ) Kyle had 25 and 12 boards ... It seems the Raptors were there cheering on the 905 team ..Wonder who stays to play that game from the Raps? Will they let VV, Siakam, Poeltl stay in TO and play or on the bench in Milwaukee? Conundrum for Stack though he has won without these guys this year but the Vipers are pretty strong! Still be nice if they can pull it off!
I think the Cavs should be worried ... I know they blew a 25 point lead but the last two minutes they showed another gear ... No pressure cause Cavs favorite and lets hope for a great series ... Playing Cavs means prime time hours and all NBA eyes will be on them ..Raps win........they blew a 25 point but they won. Note to Raps, play like that against the Cavs and it will be a short series!
I don't think this will be the year for the Raptors. We lack the star power (big 3) or depth (ben Wallace type pistons). But with the 905 success who knows maybe big things for next year.
